Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Fulfillment Overview
CoreTrex, LLC provides Amazon & Walmart.com marketplace management, advertising, and growth strategy services to brands. As a service-based business, we do not ship physical goods. Instead, our fulfillment process involves delivering digital marketing services, strategy execution, and performance reporting.

2. Service Delivery Timeframe
- Upon signing a contract, clients receive onboarding materials and a dedicated Brand Growth Manager.
- CoreTrex begins implementing services within 5 business days of receiving all necessary client information.
- Ongoing services such as advertising management, listing optimization, and strategic growth initiatives are fulfilled on a continuous basis according to the terms outlined in each client’s agreement.

3. Communication & Progress Tracking
- Clients receive regular updates through scheduled strategy calls and performance reports.
- A dedicated client dashboard is available for tracking progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ongoing initiatives.
- Clients may contact their Brand Growth Manager at any time for service updates or additional requests.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- All payments to CoreTrex are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Clients may cancel their service agreement with a 30-day written notice, per the terms of their contract.
- Any outstanding payments due before the cancellation date must still be paid in full.

5. Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with the fulfillment of services, CoreTrex will work to resolve concerns through:
- Reviewing the agreed-upon scope of work and deliverables.
- Providing additional support or adjustments as needed.
- Offering alternative solutions that align with the client’s business objectives.
