Responsibilities

As the Brand Growth Manager at CoreTrex, you play a crucial role in shaping client success on Amazon, blending analytical and creative skills to develop and execute innovative strategies. Your responsibilities include annual planning, sales forecasting, leading client meetings, and driving team collaboration. You are a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a guiding force for the team, orchestrating efforts to achieve client goals. In this role, you're not just managing accounts; you're at the helm of creating lasting impacts in the digital retail landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategy Development: Creating and updating strategies tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Goal Setting & Monitoring: Setting clear, measurable goals for client accounts and regularly monitoring progress.
  • Leading Client Meetings: Organizing and conducting meetings with clients to discuss strategies, progress, and address any concerns. Facilitating productive and informative sessions to build strong client relationships and ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Team Leadership & Direction: Leading and directing team members (Operations Specialist & PPC Specialist) to ensure strategy implementation.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Keeping on top of Amazon market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and reports on progress and challenges.
  • Performance Review & Optimization*: Regularly reviewing client account performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaboration with PPC Specialist: Working closely with the PPC Specialist to align advertising strategies with overall brand goals.
  • Training & Development: Ensuring up-to-date knowledge in Amazon policies, tools, and best practices, and facilitating team training.
  • Client Sales Forecasting: Analyzing market trends, historical data, and current performance to forecast sales for clients. Using these insights to guide strategy development and adjustments.
  • Annual Planning: Developing comprehensive annual plans for each client, outlining key objectives, strategies, and milestones for the year ahead.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for e-commerce, brand management, and the Amazon marketplace.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and advertising principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
