As the Head of Paid Advertising at our Amazon agency, you will lead and oversee our advertising team in developing and executing strategic paid advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and advertising, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, brand visibility, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Paid Advertising at our Amazon agency, you will lead and oversee our advertising team in developing and executing strategic paid advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and advertising, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, brand visibility, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Advertising Strategy: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with clients' business objectives and budgets. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success of campaigns.
  2. Amazon Advertising Platforms: Manage and optimize campaigns across various Amazon advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
  3. Budget Management: Responsible for allocating and managing advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and delivering the best possible results.
  4. Campaign Creation and Optimization: Lead the creation, launch, and continuous optimization of advertising campaigns. Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation to maximize performance.
  5. Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to share with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  7. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities on the Amazon platform, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing advertising team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  9. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding advertising strategies, campaign performance, and progress updates. Develop strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful Amazon advertising campaigns, with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and advertising tools, such as Amazon Advertising Console, Google Analytics, or other third-party platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on driving business growth and client success.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
